Sweat It Out: Zumba at The Clarksburg Yard

Join us every Tuesday evening in June, from 6:00 PM to 6:50 PM, for a Zumba class that’ll leave you feeling energized, sweaty, and ready to take on your week!

This upbeat dance workout is all about moving your body, having fun, and dedicating one hour each week to focus on your own health and happiness.

Meet our amazing instructor, Daniela Helton.

Daniela has always loved to dance. It’s been a source of joy for her ever since she was a kid. She found herself caught up in the life as a working mom, often putting her own needs last.

Becoming a Zumba instructor was her way of bringing dance and movement back into her life and prioritizing her health. Now she’s been sharing that passion with others for 13 years!

Daniela loves seeing people leave her classes feeling strong, happy, and proud of themselves. Her classes are all about creating a fun, supportive space where you can let loose, sweat it out, and remember that your health matters.

This class is held outdoors, so you’ll get to dance, move, and breathe fresh air while you do it! Bring your water bottle, wear your favorite workout shoes, and get ready to move.
